Timing
Your treatment lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please allow additional access time for setup and cleanup; timing is confirmed before booking.
Pricing
Request a personalized quote. Your treatment, setup, travel, parking and any selected enhancements are itemized before a deposit is requested. Hotel accommodation is not included.
How it works
- Step 1
Tell us your preferred date, city or hotel, guest count and experience.
- Step 2
We confirm availability, suitability, location requirements and hotel permission, then send your complete quote.
- Step 3
Complete your intake and consent forms and pay the agreed deposit through the existing booking provider.
- Step 4
We arrive, create your spa setting, deliver your treatment and remove our setup.
An inquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Confirmation follows the location review, required forms and deposit.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a walk-in spa?
TruIdentity focuses on concierge and mobile experiences by appointment. Your treatment location is agreed before booking.
Do I need to book a hotel room?
For an in-room experience, you arrange your own accommodation unless a specific hotel package explicitly says otherwise. Room charges are separate from TruIdentity services.
Can you work at any hotel?
Hotel permission and room suitability must be confirmed before we accept the appointment. We do not assume outside providers are permitted at every property.
Can I come to a retreat you host?
Hosted retreat dates will be listed only when a venue and service arrangements have been confirmed. Until then, request a home or approved hotel visit.
What space is needed?
A quiet, clean area with room for the treatment bed and safe movement, a suitable outlet and access to required handwashing facilities. We review the space before confirming.
Can two people receive services together?
With one practitioner, treatments are sequential. Additional practitioners may be arranged and quoted when available.
Are chemical peels included?
The Suite Retreat starts with a customized facial. Advanced treatments require a separate suitability review and may need preparation or aftercare.
Do I need to appear in photos?
No. Photography and video consent are optional for regular appointments.
How much will I pay?
Your written quote shows treatment, setup, travel, parking and any enhancements before you pay a deposit. Accommodation is separate.
