Answer seven quick questions to estimate your skin type, see what it means for treatment depth, and get recommended next steps.

Question 1 of 70% complete

What is your natural eye color?

The Fitzpatrick scale

A clinical classification of how skin responds to UV exposure. It guides treatment depth, product selection and how carefully we manage pigmentation risk.

Type I

Very fair, ivory

Always burns, never tans

Highest sensitivity — gentle peels, strict SPF and barrier support.

Type II

Fair, light beige

Burns easily, tans minimally

Prone to redness and rosacea — calming actives and low-percentage exfoliation.

Type III

Light to medium, golden

Sometimes burns, tans gradually

Tolerates most treatments — great candidate for peels and microchanneling.

Type IV

Olive, light brown

Rarely burns, tans easily

Watch for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — measured resurfacing.

Type V

Brown

Very rarely burns, tans deeply

Pigment-safe protocols, tyrosinase inhibitors and conservative depth.

Type VI

Deep brown to black

Never burns, deeply pigmented

Specialized experience required — brightening without trauma to the skin.

Common skin conditions we treat

Acne & congestion

Clogged pores, blackheads and breakouts caused by excess oil, bacteria and hormones. Treated with deep-cleansing facials, extractions and targeted peels.

Hyperpigmentation

Dark spots, melasma and post-breakout marks from sun exposure or inflammation. Treated with brightening peels, microchanneling and pigment-safe home care.

Fine lines & loss of firmness

Collagen decline showing as crepey texture and wrinkles. Treated with Procell microchanneling, resurfacing and peptide-rich support.

Dryness & dehydration

Tight, flaky or dull skin from a compromised barrier. Treated with hydrafacials, layered hydration and barrier-repair products.

Sensitivity & redness

Reactive skin, rosacea and flushing. Treated with gentle, non-stripping facials, calming actives and a simplified routine.

Uneven texture & dullness

Rough patches and lack of glow from built-up dead skin. Treated with dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation and consistent resurfacing.

Lady J is also a farmer — 45 hens and one rooster — and the drinks below start with her own farm-fresh eggs and produce. Simple habits, made at home, that support everything we do in treatment.

A word on water

Plain water alone doesn't hydrate you as deeply as people think — without electrolytes, much of it passes right through. Lady J recommends coconut water for real cellular hydration, especially before and after treatments. If you can't tolerate coconut water, drink still or sparkling water infused with lemon, lime, cucumber, berries or mint. Flavor you enjoy is the version you'll actually keep drinking.

Coconut Water First

Lady J's go-to hydrator. Coconut water carries the electrolytes — potassium, magnesium, sodium — that help the water you drink actually stay in the cells instead of passing straight through.

The Glow Protein

Two pasteurized farm eggs blended with banana, raw honey, cinnamon and oat milk. Protein and biotin support keratin and collagen production.

Hydration Green

Cucumber, spinach, green apple, lemon and ginger. Water-dense and vitamin C rich — brightening support for dull, dehydrated skin.

Calm Collagen Sip

Bone broth or collagen peptides with turmeric, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon. A soothing choice for reactive or post-peel skin.

Barrier Berry

Blueberries, kefir, flaxseed and a spoon of almond butter. Antioxidants and healthy fats to support a resilient moisture barrier.

Everyday skin tips

  • Reach for coconut water first — its electrolytes hydrate deeper than plain water alone.
  • If coconut water isn't for you, infuse still water with lemon, lime, cucumber, berries or mint so you actually drink it.
  • Drink before coffee — dehydration shows in the skin before you feel thirsty.
  • Protein at breakfast supports collagen; your skin rebuilds while you sleep, not while you scroll.
  • SPF every single day, every Fitzpatrick type — it protects results more than any serum you own.
  • Change your pillowcase twice a week if you are breaking out along the jaw and cheeks.
  • Do not introduce two new actives in the same week — you will not know which one your skin disliked.
  • Eat the colors: orange and dark green produce carry the vitamins A and C your skin uses daily.
